The BASE 5.0-EB is a user-friendly, high capacity Smart Extra Battery, designed to add energy
storage capacity to your system. Equipped to accept significant solar and hybrid renewable inputs,
you can charge your devices and deliver clean and efficient power. Designed for large expandable
capacity, the BASE 5.0-EB is built for off-grid living and home backup use. The easy link up
system allows you to combine up to 15 units for massive energy storage!

The BASE 5.0-EB Portable Extra Battery incorporates an automotive grade, high-quality lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO4), which can be cycled 3500 times before its original capacity is reduced to 80%. Having a capacity of 5048Wh, expandable up to a massive 80,640Wh by linking fifteen to the BASE 5.0, the system offers a significant energy reserve for extended periods of uninterrupted power. The BASE 5.0-EB safeguards overheating and low charge. These limit deep discharge to preserve the longevity of the battery.

The BASE 5.0-EB has two link ports to add an Extra Battery and a BASE 5.0 host unit. This
allows charge and discharge power sharing once the linked units have balanced.

The BASE 5.0-EB will only charge when linked to the BASE 5.0 host.
AC Charging: approximately 3.5 hours from 0% to 100% when connected to a BASE 5.0 host unit, plugged into mains or maximum solar input. The host unit will feed charge to the BASE 5.0-EB via the link cable, whichever method of charge you use.
